World Building: We'll use quizzes to excavate what kids are really burning to write about and give them the tools to write fluently. We'll delve into the rules of different worlds and learn how the writer makes them come to life.
Workshop 26 was founded to provide a space for elementary and middle schoolers to work on their writing skills and connect with other kids. We believe that writing is better when shared with friends, better still when it happens off screens and outdoors. We believe that small group classes create safe spaces, where kids can learn to trust their creative voices and share their stories with confidence. We believe that kids learn best when it feels like play, and we always, always, play with words.
